I know the quote doesn't quote it (the Bolt 40 yard time). Anyway, Bolt would not be the fastest in the 40 yard dash. He is a slow starter, and you can see he is often behind at that point in the 100. Of course then he kicks it into an insane gear no one else has. Yet for the NFL 40 yard times he would be behind a few of the other 100 meter runners.
