he has hired 3 football coaches in his life (2 at Duke, one here)
so far those guys are a combined 16-92.

we just hired our 3rd basketball coach under Alleva.
first two were disaters

we hired a softball coach, had the introductory press conference, only to find out we didn't actually hire him. he stayed at his current employer (Alabama).

at Duke he hired a baseball coach that finished 100 games below .500 and was accused of pushing his players to take roids.

and that’s not even mentioning the Duke LaCrosse thing.

How do people like him and Lane Kiffin (until recently) always seem to fail upwards??? All the signs are there that this person will be a complete failure but the powers that be hire them anyway.....
