Max is an elite athlete with a great frame. He plays receiver on offense and those ball skills have definitely helped him in the secondary as he has arguably the best hands of any safety out West. He has very good instincts and a high football IQ. He's always around the ball, covers a ton of ground and as he continues to fill out his sizeable frame, should realize his incredible upside.- Greg Biggins

    Scout Bio said:
A two-way player who helped Mission Viejo (Calif.) to the South Coast League title and the CIF-SS Pac-5 finals as a 2010 sophomore.

According to Bucknuts Boarding House, OSU has not offered yet but if we do offer expect us to jump up his board. He said he likes ND and Oregon but if very interested in OSU and said if he had to pick a favorite it would be OSU.

Don't have time to break the film down but pretty obvious that this is the kind of talent you make room for regardless. And I am sure Urban wouldn't mind taking him off his old buddy Kiffin's hands  But seriously, go full out on this kid if we have a shot. We are in the game for Bell but he is no guarantee and frankly, I like Redfield's upside better. When he puts on some college weight room muscle he is going to dominate.
