That drive was all Pat White. 3rd and 10, he beats a guy to get the corner and pick up a first down. Then he throws a great ball on a deep post for the TD.

14-7, WVU with a few minutes left in the 1st Q.

14-14 with almost 5 minutes left in the 1st. A trick play works for a long score for UNC. An end-around option pass burns the WVU secondary that's missing 2 starters.

Yeah, I was waiting to see if they'd be stupid and go for two, trying to get back in the magical world of sevens and threes.

Both teams squandered red zone chances in the second quarter. Bad INT by White late.

But 23-21 is what I wanted...a good game at the half.
