A big part of winning as a coach is getting the players to buy what you're selling. Skiles is a control freak who had amazing heart (that control freakiness must have helped him as a player hone his skills!), but he was clearly just not connecting with his players. With the unit they have, they should be one of the better teams in the NBA.
