This is probably just another stupid comment from me but this is a must-win. A 9-12 MAC team at home - gotta win. A loss will just put a stamp on this season. Go Bucks
I think you're on to something, brody. This team seems to be streaky - they start 4-0, then 5-10, now, what, 6 of 7?they seem to have found a little momentum. the rotation is taking shape and having dingler back is huge for both the offense and defense. So lets not pee down our leg and lose a home game to Toledo

Anyway, Bucks win

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Ohio State baseball team finished off a nine-game homestand with a 9-4 win over Toledo Wednesday night at Nick Swisher Field at Bill Davis Stadium. Junior right fielder Dominic Canzone had another big day at the dish, going 3-for-5 with two runs scored, one homer and four RBI. Junior right-handed pitcher Jake Vance tossed a career-high six innings pitched on three runs, with six strikeouts. The Buckeyes (14-11) finished their first homestand of the season with a 7-2 record. The Rockets drop to 9-13 in 2019.
(FIRE) BEALS QUOTE
“We wanted to finish off the homestand with a victory to protect our home field and to be rolling into conference play as we head to Rutgers this weekend,” head coach Greg Beals said. “It was great to get a quality start from Jake Vance. It also protected our bullpen for the weekend ahead. I liked how he pitched tonight. He used his fastball a little more and got some strikeouts on some off-speed pitches. Our offense is clicking as we go into Big Ten play and we will need guys like Canzone and Cherry to continue to lead us at the plate.”
