This mission here is quite clear. A resident photo shop/gif maker/bad ass needs to turn the Kenny Powers gif in to Buck-I-Guy costume with Urban's head. Maybe change the Mexican baseball field into a football field.

Fair enough. Edited the assignment in the previous post. Should turn out better. Just figured Buck-I-Guy is a dick, Kenny Powers is a dick, albeit a hilarious one. It seemed to fit but having Urban giving the dual salute with fireworks will be amazing.

I gotta believe Alabama would beat us out by a nose in a good poll. I bet Notre Dame would win the title among older fans, but they haven't done enough in the last 30 years to keep the hate going. Miami would be high on the list if they weren't so recently pathetic. I would also put any team coached by Bert Bielema on the list. But scUM needs a separate category.

I try to not have friends outside of Buckeye Nation, but you know how it is. Gotta have some compassion for misguided souls. What I hear is that we are everywhere, we are obnoxious jerks, most of us didn't attend the university, we cheat, our coaches are corrupt, our athletes couldn't spell "cat" if spotted the "c" and "a", we don't have a life, Ohio sucks as a state, etc. Other than that, they like us.

Not to get into politics, but after the rather unimportant primary results to date I told somebody I'm waiting for a relevant state to vote -- "like Ohio" -- they lost their shit. Ohio decides elections and primaries though.

I was just basing that on the ridiculous number of NC's Bama has won in the last 10 years. OSU has 02 and 14. Seems like Alabama is the better candidate to be the Duke of CFB.

And Florida. it's interesting, Ohio is a bellweather state, and I understand there is a county in Ohio, or a particular precinct, that is looked at by pollsters as a representation of the electorate across the country, and they use in their predictions. Maybe someone can help me out. Stark Co (Canton)?

My experience is that people are people no matter where you go. I've seen all of the things outsiders criticize, but have a hard time applying it across the board to BN. I've had wonderful experiences with Buckeye fans and a couple of times some fists were about to fly. I remember being confronted with an interview Chris Gamble gave that was barely intelligible, but I would counter with Craig Krenzel (or insert All-Big/American academic). In the end, I find the psychology of fans intriguing, BN and otherwise. We tend to hate what we are jealous of or what is different. The exception is scUM - who we hate because they are scUM and who can argue with that?
