Like I said, OSU can go after them legal-wise. Think about it, if the NCAA automatically held universities directly responsible for all garb with images if active players, don't you think that fans of rival teams would be doing that shit all the time to torpedo their rival? I can start printing up shirts with images of Michigan players (if I could find any that were actually any good) and put them up on E-Bay just to get Michigan in trouble.

I didn't say it would get OSU in any trouble. It's just probably not kosher with the NCAA.
