I have a hunch that they'll end up with Harbaugh after RR fails.jlb1705;1587717; said:That would be nice. I don't really want to see ND get good again, but I'd rather they be the ones that win the race to the bottom against the Wolverines so Brian Kelly doesn't end up in AA.

cincibuck;1588085; said:You might be right, but I'm pretty sure Harbaugh has burned all the bridges back to AA. You don't go public with the real story about kinetics, athletes, and academics at the "Harvard of the West" and then get anointed coach.
That was small potatoes compared to some of the private bridges he's torched. Great coach, no chance at UM while Lloyd is around.cincibuck;1588085; said:You might be right, but I'm pretty sure Harbaugh has burned all the bridges back to AA. Well with two losses it's mostly likely the Rose Bowl for the Buckeyes. They should win out and if they do it's Pasadena for sure and what Iowa does is irrelevant. If not it's probably the Capital One Bowl with a chance to whup up on some poor SEC team. If you ask me I think the SEC looks weak this year. Sure Florida and Alabama are two of the top3 teams in the BCS but they haven't looked great. I think they both can be had in which ever bowl they participate.cincibuck;1588086; said:Mixed feelings here about Iowa, especially their loss of Stanzi. On the other hand, it's good to see Northwestern playing hard. Really like Fitzgerald as a coach. Hope they can keep him happy in Evanston.
Then top it off with an end of the Claussen for Heisman chatter, Fat Boy on the Fire List, Irish Eye's not Smiling, whew almost like a hot fudge sundae over double chocolate chip ice cream at Graeter's... toooo much good stuff.

Certainly so but I still like the Buckeye's chances against them The defense is just as stout and Pryor gives them the edge on offense. Their O has been even less consistent than our's.BuckeyeMike80;1588385; said:LSU can play with anyone, especially on defense. Since they are almost certain to be in the cap one bowl, they should not be overlooked if Ohio State doesn't get to the BCS.
