I couldnt decide between Rutgers, Houston or SMU.
Rutgers for the unis.
Houston because I like them.
SMU a mix of the jerseys and I like them.

I was going to suggest UNC for you. I was down to UNC or UVA. UVA has only 10 seniors, and, IIRC, only 6 or 7 are starters. That and their pipeline potential sealed it for me. Their current pipes are only Va, Md, and NC, but they have 2 or 3 players in several of the major recruiting states. UNC has four pipeline states (NC, VA, FL, and one other...GA???), but they're loaded with NC players, and have very few prospects from the other major recruiting states.

If we're in the same division, we only have to play once per year. If we're in different divisions, then Olaf will probably make us cross-division rivals, and we'll end up playing twice every year. And I don't want to have to kick that baby blue ass twice every single season...that wouldn't be fair to you. :tongue2:

I will be patiently waiting the season 1 recruiting results before joining in season 2 (hopefully). Is there anywhere i follow online? IIRC you could log into easports or something and look there and do recruiting.

I know once the dynasty is up and running you can basically do all your recruiting via the website. (Along with the ability to sim the game). So you would think if you had a team assigned to you, you would be able to log into the website to at least recruit.

BUT, if you don't have the game and/or haven't accepted the invite to the dynasty I wonder if it would even allow you to do such things. Plus sometimes the recruiting via the internet was really buggy last season (ie when you went to your recruiting board it would bring up a different team and not your recruits)

I was going to post something along these lines; rent or borrow the game to accept an invite and then put yourself on autopilot. You will run into issues with online recruiting as Piney said, but at least you have knowledge of whats going on. Even if you just let the cpu do everything, you could watch the results.

Honestly, at this point I am happy with the game play so I will take the broken website presence for another year. Having said that, the OD's are going to be broken beyond repair, recruits will commit to CPU teams, and they will come out with a patch that ruins the gameplay. Thanks for making me so jaded EA. Anticipating reasons to complain.

You mean the patch that will fix the freeze issues that will ruin gameplay?

If you've ever played an EA game online, you should be able to follow along without joining. Once the dynasty has started, Olaf will post a link to the dynasty webpage and you should be able to view the dynasty without actually joining.
