Does anyone know who that Iowa player is shown returning the punt when they show past heisman winners? I did some quick research and he wasnt on any heisman lists and the most recent runner up was brad banks in 02..
 
I think it is Tim Dwight...

It is Tim Dwight(AKA Really Fast White Boy). But he didn't win the Heisman.

Not all of the guys in the videos are/were Heisman winners.

Examples being: Warren Sapp, Randy Moss, Ladainian Tomlinson, Lavar Arrington, Peyton Manning and Tim Dwight.

I was trying to use that guy from North Carolina(#99) as a another example, but couldn't remember his name. Anyone know this one?

What position is he, I cant remember.

Could be Julius Peppers.
