The Dr. Pepper Big XII Championship Game. Winner plays in the Fiesta Bowl, most likely either against the Big East champion or Stanford.

I'm glad it worked out that these two would play each other for the conference title in Nebraska's last year. I remember the annual battle with Oklahoma around Thanksgiving used to be the de facto Big 8 title game almost every year when I was a kid (like scUM vs tOSU).

I can still hear Keith Jackson, "Whoa, Nellie! It's the Nebraska Cornhuskers versus the Oklahoma Sooners!" I just wish they would both break out the Wishbone offense one more time for this one. :biggrin:

I don't know about smoked because with their defense, I think they can keep it reasonable. But right now, there is no reason to really believe in the Husker's offense being able to do much. Its probably going to be like 23-13 Oklahoma or something like that.

But I am rooting for Nebraska!

If they can't beat Ass To Mouth U I have a hard time believing they'll do much against Oklahomo but who knows. Their offense has been sputtering and their D hasn't looked that great neither. But who knows, it's another game and anything can happen.

Loved watching this game, usually the Friday after TDAY....lots of great players came through these programs and I can't wait to see Nebraska in the Big 10...go Huskers!

I was just thinking there will be a new Bo in the B10...

Big run by Helu for 6. The guy had a monster game earlier this year.

The Huskers defense has looked good early.
