Paste that link without the quotes and it should work.

Some browsers will automatically turn that into a link, if that happens:

click edit post, then hit the a/A button in the top right (which switches from regular to code editing), then remove the brackets around the link.

Gah. Less than 10% of our population works in Agriculture, but that's all you ever see when people profile this state. Annoying.

I wonder why...

In Nebraska 45.6 million acres of land is used for farming, or 92.7 percent of the 49.2 million acres of land in the State.

If it makes you feel better, I had a really smart girl from Newport News/Virginia Beach area ask me this one time:
"So, you're from Ohio...do ya'll have like, what we would call, like, cities up there?"

When I informed her that the Virginia Beach megalopolis would, in fact, be the fourth largest metro area in Ohio, she did not believe me in the slightest.

I find it hilarious that people don't even consider Columbus a city. Nevermind that there are only 15 cities in the US larger than it.

I guess at least Nebraska avoided a long, public battle that seemed to wage in several Big Ten cities between BTN and cable companies (which included multiple TV, newspaper and radio ads with opposite viewpoints).

http://www.bigtennetwork.com/dpp/ab...g-Ten-Network-to-Standard-Service-in-Nebraska

Time Warner Cable and BTN announced today that the network will be available on the company?s standard service tier for customers in Nebraska beginning Aug. 23. Every Husker regular season football game will be available live on Time Warner Cable during the team?s inaugural season in the Big Ten Conference.

?We know how important Husker football is to our great customers in Lincoln and throughout the state,? Scott Miller, Time Warner Cable's area vice president of operations for the Kansas City/Lincoln division, said. ?This move will allow us to keep providing our customers with the best Nebraska football content in the area.?

In addition to Husker football games, fans will also be able to watch many other Nebraska sporting events, including men?s and women?s basketball, volleyball, baseball, Olympic sports and more.

No quit in us!! :banger:

What was the slogan... "Tackle like a Bearcat"? To be fair to the defense, the Ball Coach is a stubborn SOB, and he refused to change his blocking scheme even though Danny was getting killed and had about a one potato, two potato.....<thud> type of night.

Which is to say, three and out, three and out, rinse, repeat. The D was getting tired. Those big ole' offensive linemen were a load after a while with no rest, and Frazier was a freak of nature back. Pity he was mentally damaged goods, as he would have had a great pro career if he had the ability to control his anger.

The good thing was SOS had enough, and brought Stoops in to revamp the D. Hell, SOS finally went to the shotgun for the Sugar Bowl, and with four potatoes to throw instead of two, our WRs were open all night.

Nothing but props to the Nebraska fans. To he honest, they are better behaved and more polite than tOSU or Florida's. :tongue2:

If Jake doesn't post for a while, it'll be because he read this and just threw his computer out the window.

Now if we could only get them to stop whining about the aTm loss last year, the UT loss in '09, and, in general, making videos like this:

I'm guessing you mean Lawrence Phillips, not Tommie Frazier. LP was the psycho Osborne tried to rehabilitate, much to his public shame. Frazier was the QB who made that VASTLY overrated run when the Gator D had let up.
