I've been a fan since it started. This is one show that I have no idea where it is going and I'm just along for the ride. I'm pretty sure that not Olivia isn't going to be able to pull the wool over on Peter for long. I could see him finding out and then keeping up the charade while they figure out how to get Olivia back.

:slappy: at Taos for talking up the steaming pile that Heroes turned into. That's one of the few shows that I watched for multiple years and then quit before it was over.

Love this show. I really like the scientific/pseudo-scientific nature of it. The funny part to me about the Olivia from the other side is that she really walks with a macho gait.

While I never watched Lost, I have thought about going back to view the series. Maybe that's something I'll get to in the future. Another other-worldly show that's debuted this year is THE EVENT. I recommend it as I've found the first three shows very intriguing. Has a little bit of a 24 feel to it.

I'll have to see if I can catch up on it with Hulu or NBC on-demand. Its a show I've wanted to catch this year, but always forget when it is on.

I can't believe that as perceptive as Peter has always been, he doesn't notice any difference in Olivia. Kind of makes me mad. I've heard that they'll be switched all season so maybe the switch back will occur during the season finale??

Also, how funny is it that Walter now owns Massive Dynamic? I'm sure Nina is digging that. LOL!

Yeah, I can see it being the season finale coming to a head. But I think Peter will take awhile before he figures it out due the love interest. He'll be blind for a bit and I can almost bet Walter figures it out and Peter is first upset that Walter is making this up, but then he starts seeing the differences.

While I think love might blind Peter for a bit, he will figure it out. My guess is at the last episode before the end of year break. (either by Walter finding out and telling Peter and/or Peter figuring it out himself)

THEN, the 2nd half of the season they will keep up the charade to figure out how to fix it ramping up to the last few episodes of the season for the resolution.

I don't mind seeing Nina's character get the shaft. Too sketchy. :biggrin:

It wasn't 100% clear, but what I understood from it was that he had crossed too many times causing his atoms to become unstable. When the group crossed at the end of last season, he dematerialized (not sure if that is the right word), and in the process, the energy in his atoms provided what was needed for the group to cross.

Whether he's dead or not is debatable, but he gave himself up as the conduit to send Walter and company through the porthole.

I forget what it was, but didn't Peter already pick up on a difference last week? Other-Olivia was able to pass it off as effects of crossing over.


By the way, we all know the other Walter is called Walternate. But what do you prefer for the other Olivia?

Bolivia=Bad Olivia
Altivia=Alterante Olivia
Fauxlivia=False Olivia

Have you heard others?

Love the show.
Love the awareness of the writers
example... on the interets people started referring to the other walter as Walternate. They picked it up for the show.

Plus I like the little easter eggs in the alternate universe. Things like


-the ad for the number one running musical there. Dogs
-the Statue of liberty is it's original color (they found a way to not have it rust)
-Movie marquees including superman vs batman and indiana jones and the hex of the hydra
-noticed that fauxlivia was awoken to the theme from the Rocky Horror picture show.


what I haven't seen so far this season is any of the Observers, but there are a few screen shots with them in it.
