That had to hurt.

First time I went to England I was constipated for almost two weeks. We went out to a place in Somerset called Wincanton and I had my first ever real local ale. The next day it all came out. I counted, I went 11 times and all but the last few filled the bowl.
They drink so much tea there. I’d need to drink a ton of coffee to shit out that shitty diet they provide or just eat a bunch of Indian food, which I hear is pretty good in London.

It's OK, nothing special really. I was eating a lot of Marks and Spencer ready to eat food and Pret a Manger because there was always one of the other near every tube stop. Real English country food is very good though, fresh meat and vegetables, great cheeses, bread, beer... They take they're "beer" seriously there, they never say beer, they say ale or lager or bitter.... If you ever make it there spend some time on the cotswolds, beautiful countryside, great "beer" and pubs. Most pubs double as a motel or B&B, this was one of my favorites
