Sounds fishy to me......

How can prosecutors says that there was 'no means to smoke the drugs', but when the police pulled over the car, they 'smelled a strong odor they believed to be marijuana'.

Because he had a 1/2 pound.. if you have an 1/8th of the sticky icky its smell will leak through the baggie.

If you have a 1/2 pound of any kind of pot.. it will reek.

Plus, maybe he had no pipe.. but had just smoked a joint or something? who the hell knows.. but point is, with that much dope.. it's bound to stink up the car.

Maas, 45, and Sarah J. Murphy, 27, both of Lee's Summit, Mo., agreed to fines, plus community service and drug treatment programs in their home state, instead of jail time in Illinois, the (Peoria) Journal Star reported.

The agreement was worked out Monday, Tazewell County State's Attorney Stewart Umholtz told the paper.
