I didn't catch the SIU game, but I watched them play against Alabama State and they were lights out. I think they're on a mission, since they didn't make the NCAA Tournament

Chris Lowe from UMass to the line, hits both FTs. UMass up 61-60 with 3:05 left

Lowe goes back to the line and hits two more. UMass up 63-60, 2:52 left

UMass back to the line again. Gary Forbes sinks two FTs, 65-60.

Brett McKnight answers with a three ball, 65-63, 2:02 left

Akron fouls coming out of the timeout. Forbes misses the first FT, makes the second. 66-63 with :20.6 left.

I watched every second of SIU-ASU. That was the last leg of my 4 team parley and I had the Sun Devils -6. Cha-ching! :biggrin:

The Salukis weren't quite as good this year as they never really found anyone to fill the SG void left by the graduation of Jamaal Tatum in 2007. Their inability to hit from the outside did them in against ASU as Falker had to fight through double teams underneath.
