It?s that time of year again? COLLEGE FOOTBALL SEASON! And with that the BPCFFB Season thread. As per last year there is a separate Waiver thread for player movement. Also, for adding/dropping players before the season please use that thread. You can freely add/drop players starting 8am September 1st in the Waiver thread only. Then rosters are frozen til September 7th when the first waiver week will be.

kinch hopefully will post his full roster spreadsheet in this thread.

Rule Changes for 2010:

For the Week 12 & 13 Championship Period if you have a player that has a BYE in week 12 OR 13 you may use his stats from a regular season Week 14 game. If the player has games all 3 weeks, you must use Week 12 & 13

We are also starting a new era, BN27 was so kindly to start up this league on CBS Sport?s fantasy website. The address is: - CBSSports.com , depending on how that goes, we may switch everything over to that site. But for now, POST everything here regarding lineups & waiver pick ups.

Lineups will be in a separate thread per usual along with the scoring for that week. As a reminder your weekly starting lineup is consisted of:

1 QB
2 RB
2 WR
1 RB/WR
1 K
1 Defense

SCORING:
Per Yahoo Boxscores
Passing, Rushing & Receiving TDs = 6 pts
Passing Yards = 1 pt / 20 yards passing
Interceptions = -2 pts
Rushing/Receiving Yards = 1 pt / 10 yards rushing

Kickers
PAT = 1 pt
Missed PAT = -3 pts
FG 0-49 = +3 pts
FG 50+ = +5 pts
FG 60+ = +8 pts

Defense
Defensive TD = 6pts
Interceptions = 2 pts
Fumble Recovery = 2 pts
Safety = 2 pts
Points Allowed
0 = 10 pts
1-6 = 8 pts
7-13 = 5 pts
14-20 = 2 pts
21-27 = 0 pts
28-34 = -2 pts
35+ = -5 pts

Returns
TD = 6 pts
Return Yards = 1 pt / 25 yards return

Bonus

Pass for 300 - 5 points
Pass for 350 - 5 points
Pass for 400 - 5 points

RB -
Rush for 100 - 5 points
Rush for 150 - 5 points
Rush for 200 - 5 points

As long as BkB & BB36 take care of business then those winners all make the playoffs. IF BkB and/or BB36 stumble then we could be looking at a 3-4 way tie for the last playoff spots:

Let's look at the tie-breakers:

BN27: Beat BB36, DNole, Niagara (lost to BkB)
BK: Beat DNoles & Niagara (lost to BkB & BB36)
DNoles: Beat BB36, BkB (lost to BN27 & BK)
Niagara: Beat BB36 (lost to BkB, BN27 & BK)

BkB: Beat BN27, BK & Niagara (lost to BB36 & DNoles)
BB36: Beat BkB & BK (lost to BN27, DNoles & Niagara)

Tons of scenarios if BkB and/or BB36 lose this week. Remember, for the #1 tiebreaker to be in affect, the team would had to of beat ALL of the teams it is tied with. If not, we go with the overall points tiebreaker.

For example, if BkB loses, BB36 wins and DNoles wins, he would win the #1 tiebreaker between him and the BN/BK loser and Niagara. BUT, if Niagara wins, the tiebreaker turns into total points. Which then would be a fight between DNoles and the BN/BK loser to see who has the most points (since BkB would need to score like 300+ points in a loss to get close)

I'm posting this here, but I'm also going to send out a notice through the CBS site.

I just logged on to try and make a move for this week. The way it is set up now, that move wasn't going to be processed until next week. Since I'm a commish, I just fixed it myself. If anybody who isn't a commish wants to make a move and the site tells them it won't apply until next week, just let me or Piney know. We can make that move retroactively.

That fucking douche is going to have the 2nd fewest points in the league, about 20 from being the fewest, and is still going to make it in. Unfuckingbelieveable.
