Is anyone else watching this game? Still early in the first quarter -- Pitt leads 7-0. It's strange to see the Bobcats on national TV playing in Athens. The stadium looks nice under the lights. :) It's kind of a teaser before tomorrow's game.

I seriously thought this was going to be a revenge game for Pitt with how OU played against NW

Im going to feel foolish when I get back to work monday and my co-worker nails me on my thumping prediction.

Right now, there's no doubt. The Bobcats are outplaying Pitt in EVERY phase of this game. Solich is outcoaching Wannstedt, and dispelling his reputation as an "option coach" with every play call.

And OU converts ANOTHER third down! This is a solid drive.

I'm pretty shocked to see Pitt playing like this. Mark May (lol), hyped the team up like they were NC Caliber. They look like they could be lucky to go .500 in the Big East. Maybe its the coaching? Old man with the 'Stache, looked a lil embarrassed last week in front of former Pitt greats Marino and Dorsett.

Also, why is it that Mark May is trying to save his ass on national TV? In the preview for the Halftime show, he made a remark along the lines of, "Notre Dames win over Pitt doesnt look too impressive now, do is it?"

Wannstedt had a brief amount of success in Chicago, and that was it. And he made some really stupid moves in Miami, trading 2nd and 3rd round picks for AJ Feeley and Lamar Gordon. I don't think he's much of a head coach.

Still, Pitt does play in the Big Least, so they're a conference title contender by default.

Go Bobcats!
