That's true JT can't throw (you realize he currently has a higher completion percentage this year than he did all of 2014, and he's also eliminated his INTs by 60%. But yeah, he can't pass for shit)

This where I am at a loss right now. They have a tremendously inexperienced defensive line. We should be able to push these guys all over the field. Why we refuse to go up tempo is beyond comprehension.

completely agree here. you would think up tempo would really help. the problem our oline is having from what i can tell is the problem they have had all year(those more experienced with the oline play can weigh in). but our freshmen olinemen really lack the desired upper body strength you would want in a starting college level oline at this level. thats not a dig on them individually or the staff. there is simply so much you can do with a true freshmen playing in the trenches. but anytime they have to extend their arms they really seem to struggle. especially against more elite dlinemen.

anytime they can just body up they do pretty well. but when it comes to true upper body strength and or a good challenge to their footwork things tend to not go so well. again, this is 100% expected of a true freshman trying to play oline at this level. but it is hard to watch at times. prolly a reason orlando pace was the only true freshman to start at ot for tOSU until this season.

rofl! please provide me the name of the grade school punt returner who can put those fundamentals into play when retreating from their 30 yrd line to inside their own 5 for a punt on the fly. that in and of itself isn't going to happen in high school but whatever. but just so we're talking apples to apples... then take that same kid and don't allow him to return a punt for 3 years in a game and put him in the same situation and see how things play out.
