Well...only good thing about this matchup is that Purdue is 116th in passing defense (~285 ypg). That will probably come down a bit since they held a bad Illinois attack to 181 yards, but the offense is going to have to come to play. Best case scenario is that the defense returns Harrison and Cooper and show a bit of improve in shortening drives.

Don't forget about Landers.

Ohio State has looked out of sorts in two straight games. I hope that they got a bit of a scare this week and screw their heads on straight in practice this week.

I saw that #2 team in the land struggle with IU and Minnesota so on the road at a historic upset voodoo site against a team on par with those other two, gives me pause that is for sure.

On the positive side I will say that if/when OSU players ever get it right between the ears they can beat anyone.

Of all the problems a team can have, under performing superior talent is the best kind of problem to have.

Ok, I’ve not seen a loss in person since I left undergrad. I’m going to be just down the road in Indy for lacrosse. Provided the kid is done early enough, we’re going. Schedules will be released Monday some time.
