Ohio State recruiting: State Secrets - Rodjay Burns flips to the Buckeyes, is a DT next?

Ohio State is trying to close their 2016 recruiting class out strong.
With signing day right around the corner, the Ohio State staff played host to a couple of talented defensive backs over the weekend. Four-star cornerback Carlos Becker of Osceola High in Kissimmee, Florida, and Louisville Trinity product Rodjay Burns both checked out what OSU had to offer up close and personal.
After visiting Florida State recently with his mother, Becker made the trek north by himself. With his parents, who were both born deaf, playing a huge role in his recruitment, some around the scene believe the Seminoles could be the team to beat for Becker's pledge thanks to an in-state advantage.
While Becker more than likely won't end up a Buckeye, Burns is a different story. Soon after heading back home to Kentucky on Sunday, the 6'2, 175-pound, three-star standout announced that he will continue his education and football career in Columbus at Ohio State, instead of Louisville, where he had been verbally committed since March of 2015.

Burns joins OSU secondary commits Wayne Davis, Kareem Felder, and Jahsen Wint in the Buckeyes' 2016 class. Very Similar to former Massillon standout and current Buckeye cornerback Gareon Conley, Burns played on both sides of the ball on the high school level for Trinity Catholic.
Stacking the stat sheet on offense and defense, Burns, the 22nd overall senior to give Urban Meyer and crew a commitment, was a finalist for Kentucky's Mr. Football award. He finished his last season at Trinity with nearly 750 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns, while racking up 22 total tackles and four interceptions for the 11-2 Shamrocks.

Buckeyes offer 2016 DT
You win some, you lose some. On Friday morning the Buckeyes missed out on one of their top defensive line targets for the 2016 class. Even though Rashard Lawrence decided to stay in Louisiana and play for the Tigers of LSU, the Buckeyes still have their eyes set on adding a defensive tackle to the fold before National Signing Day next Wednesday.
With JUCO standout Jamar King still high on their radar, Ohio State offered four-star prospect Keyshon Camp on Friday. Verbally committed to USC at the time, Camp decommitted from the Trojans soon after receiving his chance to suit up with the Buckeyes from the OSU coaching staff.
Now back on the market, Missouri and Pittsburgh are two programs trying to keep the 6'4, 275-pound Camp out of Columbus. Yet to make it up to OSU, the staff will reportedly take a trip to the sunshine state this week to help Camp get more familiar with the Buckeye coaches and program in general. Whether Camp will return the favor is the bigger question. Scheduled to visit Missouri next weekend, the Ohio State staff will have to flip his plans to become a clear-cut contender for his pledge.
Considered one of the best linemen in the 2016 class, the Lake Gibson senior is currently pegged as the 27th defensive tackle and 264th overall prospect in the country, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

Loss (@Camp_thatdude) - Nassau Community College (NY) offensive tackle Malcolm Pridgeon will officially visit Ohio State next weekend, per reports. Pridgeon, a 6'8, 300-pound, four-star prospect was recently named an NJCAA All-American, and holds scholarship offers from not just OSU, but the likes of Baylor, Florida, and many other schools.
