Obviously 2x so far this season, last year they had a pretty good defensive team which kept them from being blown out except the home game vs. UW, in '14 they again had a strong defensive team which kept them from being blown out, in '13 they lost by nearly 20 at IL and over 20 at UW. 2012 and 2011 they were too good to be beaten very badly. 2010 they were missing ET when they lost by 20 at UW. 2009 they got beaten badly at PU, IL and vs WVU. '08 it was A&M and Butler that beat them by about 20 or so. '07 they only lost 4 games but one by over 20 at UF. L to G'town by 18 in '06. So yeah you could say it is something that happens usually 1 or 2 times a year, but with this team it seems almost certain to be more than that.

If there is a positive from this game, Lyle is showing us (and himself) what he can accomplish at this level of basketball.

There were a lot of things to not like, but I was particularly disappointed in Trevor Thompson this game. I've really liked his recent play, but today he was bad. Not good on the boards and on offense he was throwing up quick/wild stickbacks as if there was an all-world shot blocker underneath for IU.

This team can't afford to look past anyone. I hope they're focused on beating Rutgers and just playing better ball.
