Ohio State vs. Iowa, Saturday, 6 pm, BTN

I'm very interested to see how the Buckeyes react to the new pressure of being in the driver's seat for the BIG regular season title. It's one thing to be the hunter and another to be the hunted. As Iowa isn't exactly a defensive juggernaut or designed, like Illinois, to exploit the Buckeyes' susceptibility to on the ball pressure D, I very much want to see a strong offensive performance and no signs of trying to "protect" what they don't have yet rather than continuing to chase it hard.

An all around great game in what could have easily been a letdown performance. This team is really focused and mentally tough, they did exactly what they needed to. Nice bounce back game for K. Wesson and a good all around game for the whole team. CJ really made some big plays when we needed.

Passed that test with flying colors. Really good to see CJ getting his stroke back and the D was simply superb until garbage time. Couldn't be happier.

Cramps for CJ is what I'm finding
That is the second time this season that has happened after he has taken a jump shot and come down where he cannot even move. I mean there are cramps and then there are cramps. I just hope that there is nothing physically wrong with him. You would think that after the first time this happened the trainers would make sure that he was properly hydrated if indeed that is the problem.

Think they get revenge on PSU and Rutgers should be a gimme, but SCUM and Indiana scare me. Indiana's been playing some good ball lately. And SCUM? Fuck SCUM.
PSU is not going to be a gimme. Of the 4 remaining games left, I am most concerned about that game. They are playing really well and shoot the ball extremely well especially at home. They match up pretty good with us and we will have our work cut out playing at their house. Rutgers is the only game that I am not that concerned about but only because that is a home game. Indiana has been playing very well at home and the same with ttun. Saying that, this team has surprised me all season so they might as well when all four and surprised me some more :groove:

It took PSU shooting 78 fuggin' percent from 3 and a half-court prayer to beat the Buckeyes. If PSU even shoots half that percentage from 3 the Buckeyes win by double digits. We gonna get medieval on that ass.

PSU, having played 1 game in eight days, caught Ohio State after 4 games in 8 days and 5 in 11 days. Buckeyes were flat and exhausted with no time to prepare.

This time, Buckeyes have 5 days to prepare and they have 4 days. Both teams will have played the same number of games since the 7th.

Last game, Carr pulls one out of his arse to win. This time, the only thing PSU will be pulling out of their arses will be shoe latex.
