Damn. Losing confidence in this staff a little bit. First adversity we've really had to deal with, questions wise I would say. Not liking the activity.

At least JT is looking a lot better but the routes are flooding the seams and he has to keep checking down against deep secondary. Might want some crossing routes and slants in there coach.

To me, this is the problem with Meyer's offense when you take away the QB run. He and his OCs don't know how to call a consistent game because the QB run is always the security blanket. And when the offense inevitably starts struggling he immediately goes in a shell and just hopes he doesn't loose the game.

Why do these commentators think that our team 'has been fixed' after last week? It looks just as bad, but against a worse team.

I think they are watching a different game then we are....

Well it's nice to see all the issues were addressed and fixed. This team just isn't that good and is not well coached. We will not make it to scUM without another loss and we look to have a giant plunger awaiting us then.

Recruiting is one thing. Coaching them to a juggernaut is an entirely different animal. And yes, I blame Beck and anyone who has a hand in the offense and that includes Meyer.

Hopefully the team does grow the rest of this season. But my expectations are now revised and not looking to a playoff berth.

I don't know if this is a fair statement or not but it feels like as much as we saw the 2014 team improve after VT we have seen the 2016 team regress after their bye week.

This is hard to fucking watch

Hopefully the Buckeyes choose to come out in the second half and play this team like they're lucky to get scrapped players that Ohio State declined to offer 99% of the time, because that's what they are.
