I think a couple years ago in January we had a big stretch, like 6 or 7 in a couple days...

But either way this has been a great stretch...

Not satisfied though, lets keep the train rollin'. A productive stop in FL to pick up 5-6 more Buckeyes would help even more! I'm liking Telfort more by the day.

THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH
Corey Linsley can fling the shot put without distraction these days, now that he has decided to play football for Ohio State. Linsley, an offensive lineman from Boardman, said yesterday that he has committed to Ohio State, becoming the 13th member of the 2009 class. Rated as the third-best line prospect in Ohio by analyst Bill Kurelic of Bucknuts.com, Linsley (6 feet 4, 285 pounds) chose Ohio State over Stanford, among others.
"My coach (D.J. Ogilvie) and I sat down and figured out, on paper, Ohio State was the best decision I could make," Linsley said. "And in my heart, growing up a Buckeye fan, it felt like the right time to do it."

By A Jardy at the Ohio State site. Linsley coach says that when he looked at the pros and cons of each school recruiting him, Ohio State was just too much to pass up. He adds that Coach Tressel and Coach Bollman were both huge factors as well.

Linsley qualified for the state track and field competition May 30, at the Austintown, D1 NE Ohio region. His first place finish in the shot put will enter him in the state meet in Columbus to be held Friday and Saturday, June 6-7.
