Hate to bump such an old thread, but I didn't want to start a new one.

It seems like folk here are pretty versed in online sports betting. I have a question about a scam that is popping up all over the internet: sportsbettingchamp.com

So it seems to be a 'system' that is based on progressive betting in groups of three. Furthermore, the system provides that if you sign up through a site called betus.com, betus.com gives two free points.

The scam part of it seems to be that sportsbettingchamp.com gets a referral fee by sending people to betus.com, but in return, the people who subscribe to sportsbettingchamp get favorable lines.

I mean, I guess this is a silly question, but it seems like a pretty good deal. It limits the Martingale property by capping the number of progressive bets at 3, and with the extra points given on betus.com, the chances of losing 3 in a row are pretty favorable to the player.

Has anyone had any experiences with these sort of schemes? (sportsbettingchamp is just one popular example of a ton of systems like this)

By the way, if this is violating some sort of rule (about promoting websites or something), just send me a PM.

I love sports betting but until they legalize it in the "land of the free" I'm not messing with anything online. They tend to be in places like the Cayman Islands, immune from our laws meaning they can unplug their servers any time they feel like it and take your winnings (and credit card numbers) with them.

Tread lightly.

Me? I'm going to Vegas next week, looking to continue my success of recent years and bringing home some of their March Madness money.

I haven't had any problems with BoDog, nor have I heard of any problems of anyone having any problems with them. If anyone does sign up, let me know I'll get you my referral code and I get a bonus.
