?I wanted to play with Kelsey,? said Waterman, who plans to take official visits to Ohio State, Purdue and Duke in the fall. ?I wanted to get a feel for what that was like and I wanted to be able to tell people that I had played with her once in my life.?

Westbeld has voiced similar feelings about Mitchell. Like Waterman and Alyssa Rice of Reynoldsburg, she remains undecided, with Ohio State as a possibility.

Westbeld reportedly received scholarship offers from Connecticut coach Geno Auriemma and Notre Dame coach Muffet McGraw after Fairmont won the Ohio Division I state championship this past season.

She and Waterman have played together since the third grade and have talked about going to the same college. A parting could come following their senior seasons at Fairmont.

?I?m definitely going on my visits,? Waterman said. ?When I figure it out, I?ll let everybody know.?

Hart said that the four AAU teammates had talked this summer about going to Ohio State together.

?Yeah, we talked about it a lot,? Waterman said. ?It could be so fun to play together again. But we all have to make our own decisions.?

Coach McGuff, (the Thane of Schott), is bringing in some top players..........this may end VERY well. Heard he had Jatarie White (6-4 post from NC) in recently. He is shooting high as she is rated 3rd in the country by blue star and 12 by hoop girls (#2 post). Has anything been written about how the visit went?
