I like that he just comes out and says that he doesn't run like your average 6'7" football player and can tackle. Kind of strikes me as like a guy who grew up playing point guard and then hit a big growth spurt and moved to forward. The tackling side is going to take more development than he thinks, though, I would think. If a returner gets to him, he'll be our last defender and the guy will be moving full speed. That's going to be different from what he's done, but you can learn technique if you're not afraid of tackling.
