On3 has PSU and ND ahead of OSU right now on this one, but a long way to go. Have to think it would be difficult to pull away a legacy from PSU though.

Just a schlub from Y-town
If you remember, John Sacca had a difficult relationship with PSU, and transferred to EKU.
So, I am not sure the legacy is super strong, however, there is most likely goodwill between the Sacca family and PSU for sure.
