Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

I went to BWI to see what their thoughts are on Mr Opt Out, and I saw this:
Anybody know what that's about?
Apparently Journey Brown's uncle posted something on another OSU site saying he was going to be out for the season before it was officially announced. Their panties were in a bunch over it and then the announcement was made by Franklin.

Penn State vs. Iowa score: Nittany Lions open season 0-5 for first time in program history

Penn State tried to rally in the third quarter, but its misery continued for another week

Penn State became the first preseason top 10 team to ever start a season 0-5 on Saturday when it lost 41-21 to Iowa. For a team that began the season ranked No. 7 coming off an 11-2 campaign, the loss continued a stunning fall. It's the first time Penn State has ever been 0-5.

Rather than competing with Ohio State for a Big Ten East title, the Nittany Lions now find themselves as the only winless team in the conference. Barring a miracle run through the final three regular-season games and two potential postseason games (every Big Ten team is expected to play a cross-division foe on Dec. 19), the Nittany Lions will finish with a losing record for the first time since the 2004 season.

Penn State played without star tight end Pat Freiermuth on Saturday, adding to a long list of notable absences. It had already lost its top two running backs in Journey Brown and Noah Cain, and PSU saw star outside linebacker Micah Parsons opt out of the season. For good measure, the Nittany Lions tried a new quarterback against the Hawkeyes as well.

Just sayin': Chalk up another "record of distinction" for the Pedesters.

They don’t even have the Michigan advantage of finding a QB...the guy they put in next was worse than Clifford

Yeah with the TE gone, what one thing do they do well? I've got nothing.

Clifford might be able to hurt the tsun secondary if they don't call QB read option every play but other than that, I can't see them beating tsun. They are god awful this year and even at 0-5 I'm not sure if most of the country is aware of just how bad they are. Can't run, can't pass consistently, can't protect the QB even if they could pass. Defense bad to terrible in all areas. Coaching is terrible. Not sure about special teams. Maybe they can kick it well.
