The school and their BOT have instituted 120 of 122 Freeh recommendation and Mitchell has given them glowing reviews much to the dislike of the cult who never though there was a culture problem. This was inevitable and motivated by $$$

Agreed. But there will be a huge contingent of people, led by the mouth-breathing fans of that school of course, that'll claim this is back-tracking by the NCAA, proving the NCAA overstepped its bounds in the first place.
