There's nothing saying PSU has to be in the NCAA. Give the death penalty....and then leave. It would blow the entire thing up.

Interview by Kiley and Booms, 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland, with Gary Levitt from Penn Staters for Responsible Stewardship:

LINK

If you want to know what the BWI loonies sound like, then listen to this interview. Basically, Levitt said, JoePa is a saint, the football program did nothing wrong, the media is out to get us....

Props to Kiley and Booms for roasting Levitt and the Penn State apologists. Booms: "Joe Paterno is rotting in Hell where he belongs for allowing this child rapist to run loose in the community."

To which Levitt responded: "Well, you gotta a guy named Jimmy Dimora...."

Wow. It's like the audio book version of BWI.

"I'd hate to get somebody else on if you're the spokesperson"

Pontius Pilate Paterno stood at the Pearly Gates and St. Peter asked him, "Joe, you said you wished you had done more. What did you mean by that when you washed your hands of Sandusky, allowing him to use your facilities to rape, sodomize, and ravage young boys for the sake of stuffing your pockets full of millions of dollars and to portray your program as without sin?"

And Pontius Pilate Paterno said to St. Peter, "Derp."

St. Peter said to Pontius Pilate Paterno, "Derp doesn't cut it. What I think you meant to say was, 'I should have done what any normal human would have done, and that's to contact not only the AD, the President of the university, but also the local police department and any authoritative figure that there is a major problem, forget the program and image. I have to protect an innocent child's life, because that is what is most sacred.'"

Pontius Pilate Paterno then wept as he stood outside the gates knowing that all the great things he had done for the Pennsylvannia State University, helping young men grow into mature successful adults, watching Penn State develop into a world class university, all for naught, about to crumble before his very eyes.

St. Peter said to Pontius Pilate Paterno, "All you had to do was go the extra inch, and that inch would have turned into a foot and then a mile and so on and so forth. This could have been avoided had you done what was in your moral compass as a teacher, coach, husband, father and grandfather, but you didn't. You took the easy way out much like LeBron did, but I'll have a talk with him when the time comes. I'm sorry you didn't do more."

And that's that. It burns me to know that Joe uttered "I wished I had done more." He knew what was going on and did nothing but turn it over to someone else to sweep it under the rug. Guilty in my book along with everybody else who didn't protect the children for the almighty dollar.

What is the legal precedent?!?!

How in the world did this individual find the internet when his only news source appears to be newspapers from 1912?

Well, the iceberg didn't look that big to me. Not my fault.

He disappeared several years after he decided to not prosecute Sandusky for the '98 stuff. Most people believe it was because of mob stuff and not the PSU stuff.

It should also be mentioned that Ray's older brother Roy committed suicide in 1996 (in Dayton) in a manner that Ray's disappearance mirrored closely.
