Penn State Cult (Joe Knew)

Our leadership is made up of an elder board responsible for governing and providing oversight for organization's affairs. We also have an executive team of men and women who give oversight and direction to each department and ministry.
The government of this church, under the leadership of the Holy Spirit, is vested in the Elder Board, whose authority is derived from our body of believers. Only members of our organization who are of high character and integrity, who maintain an excellent reputation, and who demonstrate leadership in our ministry may be elected as Elders.
Each person in his or her particular role is committed to the Vision, Mission, and Values of our organization.
In short, when you find your spiritual home with us, you're finding a community for you to trust, learn from, and participate in!

LDS based program?

Oh, and I liked the ref on your next post, "someone can graduate from Ohio State with 1.0 GPA..." and the implication that other schools, especially OSU, allow people to graduate despite a 1.0 GPA. A world unto themselves.

As I read the language on the 410 site I'm sure it's a semi-literate troll, but it's high comedy.

Great now McQuerys anouther one of the victims or whatever you want to call them. What a great way to get rich, I saw some kid getting raped and did nothing for 10 years 4 million dollars please.

To be fair to the Ginger you have to consider that he was part of the cult. He probably thought that reporting it to the Dear Leader was everything that could be done. I hope he gets his money.

His lawsuit is interesting. It's kind of a whistleblower lawsuit but it's more like he's claiming damages because the school refuted that he reported the incident.

"Spanier's statements have irreparably harmed (McQueary's) reputation for honesty and integrity, and have irreparably harmed (his) ability to earn a living, especially in his chosen profession of coaching football,'' the lawsuit said.

It's basically saying that he's sticking to his story that he reported it to Curley and Schultz and they are lying. He's willing to spend money on this lawsuit to prove it. Unless his lawyer Strokoff is bankrolling his lawsuit (that name is perfect) it looks like the Ginger is serious. Makes me wonder why Curley and Schultz are so confident in their criminal trials that the cultists are pinning their hopes on. I foresee yet another letdown for them.

I hope the ginger taped his conversations with everyone that he told the story to. Especially the conversation where JoePed promised him a lifetime coaching job if he shut up about Sandusky.

That would pretty much set him up for a lifetime of sitting on the beach, drinking Mai Tai's and smoking stogies on PSU's dime.

Makes me :biggrin2: just thinking about it.

I have been saying from the beginning that the last thing these cultists want is any of this to see the inside of a courtroom.

FIFY. I haven't checked in with my BWI buddies for a while but last time I checked they were sure the criminal trials would reveal the TRUTH and restore JoePa's reputation. They really hate the Ginger over there so if he gets paid for all the grief he's taken, good for him. I think he still resides in State College.

So, it turns out that the lawyer who set up the 410 fund to collect money that would be used to pay off the student loans of football walk-ons, just happens to have her house in foreclosure. Coincidence?

This is even better than these fools sending Aurabass money for him to fund a "National Survey" that would reestablish JoePed's legacy.

I take it that chalkstream1 is a newer troll on BWI (the one who is driving the 410 bus, you know, the short one and all the passengers are wearing bike helmets). He/she keeps touting that this 410 fund is 100% legit and compliance has vetted it. No way in fucking hell this fund flies. If it does fly, SMU will be pissed.

This is a free board and I'm sure there are trolls lurking.......BUT I will say this anyways:

Kids like Cardale Jones are the ones that needed Joe Paterno the most. Knowledge is Power and Education is one of the keys to success. Joe Paterno spent is whole entire adult life getting that through to not only his players, but all PSU students and fans.

Joepa wasn't just a football coach. IMO, That's not why most PSU fans adored him. Sure winning football games made him famous, but his legacy is so much more than that.
