I think that this is who Penn State is, and always will be. Sure, if there's a Nick Saban-like coach out there (no, not Nick Saban, himself) and you can get him, you get him. And maybe move up to 10-12 wins a year. But this is who Penn State is. They can sleep-walk their way to 8 wins a year, and their ceiling is 11 wins every now and then. Even under Paterno - in the end when they were "something", they won 11, 9, 9, 11, and 11. 51 games from 2005 to 2009. They won 51 from 1993 to 1997. That's the best they will do.

By comparison, Ohio State under Ryan Day has 52 win from 2019 to 2023, and that's with only 8 games played in 2020 and 10 games (so far) in 2023. Ohio State under Urban Meyer had 61 wins from 2012 to 2016, and 62 wins from 2014 to 2018. Ohio State under Jim Tressel had 56 wins from 2006 to 2010.

Not commenting on our BP poster but the original picture of the jacket.

I once saw a post on another team's board about the very vocal mother of one of the Buckeyes. What kind of person goes to the trouble of putting something like that on a jacket, let alone saying it in public? What kind of twisted fantasies must live in such small minds? What I see there is the worst kind of an attention whore...an overweight, out-of-shape lowlife who despises the women he desires because he knows they want nothing to do with him and attacks women in general as a result. It is absolutely disgusting to attack a player's family members like that.

I'm pretty sure I inadvertently scared Ezekiel Elliot's mom away from BP. Well, people said that poster was his mom. I found out later. Anyway, she posted something about what he's studying. I did the brackets to show that I'm imitating BWI in my response. Something like, "[BWI]Is he studying advanced coloring books, or something?[/BWI]". Her response indicated that she didn't understand that it was a joke. I never saw her post something, again.
