OK, got a home improvement question for all you handy types out there. I recently took the tank off a toilet in our house to paint behind it. Painted, hooked it back up, flushes and works fine.
However.
Many times when running water somewhere else (sink, shower, tub), when you shut that water off, the toilet water runs for a couple seconds. Probably not a huge deal in terms of water cost, but it's annoying.
Any ideas?
