LOL at Sagarin being the source for facts. TAMU, LSU, and UGA were better than anyone Notre Dame faced this year.

Of all the people on the list I am glad it is Blake that is staying.

LOL at you seemingly not realizing that Bamer also had a tougher schedule according to the hated Sagarin. LOL at you extrapolating from Bamer's toughest games, that the rest of their schedule must therefore have also been tougher than the Domers. LOL, indeed.

Besides those 3 teams, bama had a charmin soft schedule. Ole miss, tenn, miss st, arkansas, auburn, savannah st, youve got to be kidding. Those were the rest of the in conference with 1ooc . Not very good, 2 of those teams even lost their coaches because they were so bad toO. ND played almost all ranked teams, yes most were suspect, but still rated higher than most of the sec teams bama faced

Who cares who had the tougher schedule? Bama just skullfucked Note Dame and took a shit on their chest afterwards. Why are we arguing over schedules if not for "Who's the better team with a more impressive resume?" - Bama just beat them by 28 points and it could have been much worse.

No; I read that correctly. I wouldn't care if he though Bama had the toughest schedule and ND was number 40. It's still using Sagarin. That is LOL no matter what. That's like linking to Bleacher Report.

I guess if you consider Pitt (which lost to Youngstown State) to be better than Ole Miss, UT, MSU, and perhaps a few others, then that is your deal. BC also went 2-10 and Wake 5-7. Do you know what the most highly ranked team ND beat was? OU. The same OU that go butt-raped by TAMU.

You should know that true mathematicians think computer-based rankings are a complete and total joke.

Yeah... that's pretty spot on lol
The better team proved it on the field in a major way. Im already ready for the complaints around the country when/if (dont want to jinx) osu goes undefeated next year. Our schedule will be brought up all year. And if we go up against an sec team, especially. I can't wait to prove the doubters wrong

Do you think you would come out ahead if you used Sagarin ratings to bet on games?

Sagarin ratings are actually pretty fair. Comparing to Bleacher Report is off the mark.

UGA's offense was better than so-so; UGA's big issue was defense. I think it was in the middle of the year when they gave up big pts to a couple of teams including Kentucky.

My bad. Good call on uga. But I still think the sec was quite overrated this year. I had several arguements at a bar last night who wanted to say the Alabama played a harder schedule than ND

Buckeye Maniac;2289374; said:

Notre Dame's schedule looked great at the beginning of the season, but it ended up being pretty bad...

Can't they do anything exciting on the field? Ole Joe is looking a little board over there.
