Since 73 is still a C- we will go with 73 as the max rating, with one condition. No offensive or defensive rating can be over 75. Ohio squeaks in with an OVR of 71, but has OFF of 75 and DEF of 70. UTEP would be eligible as a 73 OVR, but their 82 OFF makes them ineligible. I will go through the list of 73 and under teams and get a final list of eligible teams posted soon.

The PCU Whooping Cranes have been created for my own personal use. Now I just need a roster so I can actually field a team...


I will post the draft order shortly. I'm going give Piney Ohio and he will be the last one that can pick conference affiliation, because I know that if he drafts at any point after the first pick that one of us fuck heads will take Ohio from him just because we can. I will draft 6th, that way I won't have first pick of team or of conference. Everyone else will draft in random order.

I am hoping to fill out our Dynasty first because we only have 11 teams as of right now. So if anyone knows anyone.

So I assume it is basically a snake draft. 1st round is to pick the team and the 2nd round is to pick your conference.

Also, will there be any rules regarding conference affiliation? Since we have 12 players, it is impossible to have everyone in difference conferences. So people will share conferences no matter what.

I also have to keep all of the stuff that affects recruiting the same (pro potential, academic prestige, etc.), but I can change the uniforms, logos, stadium, etc. I can even put BFE State where it belongs, in Athens, Ohio. I just can't change the overall makeup or prestige of the team.

I think we'll have to change Conference Prestige depending on what conference we end up in. Can we change the Coach Experience and Coach Prestige aspects? Danny Hale is a pretty prestigous coach :p
