I thought about breaking them down into their different categories of annoying....then decided against it. But since you went for it.....
Clay Travis is just a piece of shit. He's a liar. He tries to get people he doesn't like in trouble. He's just a fuckhead.
Danny Kannell is just plain dumb. I don't think he knows that the script he's reading makes him seem dumb....because he just is.
Mark May is a twat. He's like a non-evil version of Clay Travis. He's just smug about being a dick....but I don't think he's too malicious with it.
Herbie is a douchebag, a whiner, a drama queen, and never owns up to anything.
So pick your poison there. If Clay Travis had any clout, he'd be dangerous with how much he hates Urban. I say it's neck and neck between him and May.

I would say that out of those listed, Herbie is the most arrogant with his own opinions, as if he were the end all be all of College Football. Look at how butthurt he gets on the twatter machine. He truly thinks he is special.
Mark May is a character and knows it. He plays the "asshole" role perfectly, because he is pretty much an asshole in real life. I would say after the 2010 Sugar Bowl where he was blasted by the team and fans during the post game, he decided to lighten up a bit.
Who the hell is Clay Travis? Wiki says he got into the sports media game by going on a "pudding Strike" against Direct TV because he couldn't get NFL Network in the Virgin Islands. (seriously?!?! wow.) Also a native of Nashville and apparently has been guzzling SECum his entire life.
