High School QB Recruiting

I Didnt know where to put this but its something i had been thinking about. Meyer wants to get a QB every year, he's lined up to get a 5* QB for the next 3 classes in Gibson, Haskins and Clark, but in your opinion who's better and has the biggest future?

I think with the style of play and pure athletic ability Gibson can have the most succesful career becaue of how great of a runner he is, but Clark seems like he might be the best pure passing QB recruit we have ever had. I dont know very much about Haskins, just cant find much on him but keep reading from some people who post here that he could be in the running for top overall QB next year.

QB is one of the most difficult poitions to evaluate. Especially if kids don't play the best competition(burrows), or play in different offenses. If you think about it, Braxton is barely labeled as a QB and he's been a 3 year starter. The college game speed is far superior to HS. Gibson plays the best competition, and is still using his athleticism more than being a pure QB,and maybe that's what the offense needs. Our offense needs a QB athletic enough to move the chains and an yards on his own but still make a defense honest with his arm.

Imo, I like Haskins the best but there is no way to account for their progression over the next 4-6 years(ish). Gibson is supremely athletic but has a LONG way to go as a QB...it will take him a bit to get ready but he will have Barrett/Braxton to learn from while he progresses. Haskins makes every single throw you can want from a QB and I have him tied with Malik Henry as the best in the country for '16...he can run it decent but he is a very smart QB that would be the best pro-style QB we've had commit since I've followed recruiting (end of the Cooper era). Clark is a lifetime QB that is also very intelligent and has a very strong, developing arm. He may well end up being the best of the bunch but I want to see more film on him from this season.

It's a simple thing, but can we call a future tOSU QB by his proper name? It's Burrow, not Burrows. See it in nearly every thread he's mentioned. Guy has been committed for months now.

Seriously?! Its an added letter, get over it. Go play English teacher elsewhere. Everyone knows who were referring to regardless of spelling. If that's the most relevant info you can bring to the thread, next time keep it to yourself. And back to the OSU QB recruiting thread...

Jeez, man.....he didn't make a federal case out of it, just mentioned it in passing. I honestly did not even notice that his last name was "Burrow" and I appreciate it being mentioned so that I will know that going forward.

Yeah, wasn't trying to make a big deal about it, nor was I singling anyone out. If it were a one-off typo, I wouldn't have mentioned anything (i.e. playing English teacher).

Just tried to put myself in Joe's place - wouldn't feel real great if most of the recruitniks out there didn't care enough about me to learn my name.

Burrow is improving by leaps and bounds so I wouldn't write him off as a future starter.
Remember when Tress was having trouble getting talented QBs? And how bad some of those offenses where? Even Krenzel had me moaning about bad, inaccurate passes.
