so they have a truckload of preseason action tonight, and basic cable + the espn channels isn't enouh to see any of them? Do you have to bu nfl sunday ticket to see preseason games or something?

The NFL ticket, on DirecTV, is showing 55 games during the preseason. If they don't play one whole game what they do is break into a bunch of games, one after another. I can't stand it, particularly when there is one game you really want to see.

most pre season game aren't even regional but only in the market the team plays in. Most of the time it's not the network that usually airs the regular season games... like Tampa Bay would normally be on FOX down here but their pre season games are on NBC.

Yep. The Bengals/Patriots game last night was on NBC and would normally be on CBS. ABC Channel 6 out of Columbus is playing the Browns/Giants game right now.
