RB Antonio Williams (transfer to North Carolina)

Yeah, the competition is rough. If we're comparing apples to apples, DePaul's level of competition isn't much better. Both of these RBs are going to have a big adjustment once they get to college. That can be tough for some, but definitely not impossible. I can think of a Burroughs Bomber that is doing ok after coming from small school ball.
Actually the competition that Walker has is very good! Some of the best in NJ and in the country! Depaul Catholic plays in a NJ version of the GCL with national powers Don't Bosco Prep and Bergen Catholic in their division. They also played Good Counsel, who is always a top MD powerhouse AND they're traveling to Cincy to play Elder! North Stanley doesn't have close to that type of schedule strength. But Williams is still a beast, putting up video game numbers being a man amongst boys. While Walker hasn't enjoyed the same success. I would welcome either kid running behind our O line with the corp of RBs we'll have anyway. Both offer great talent to our backfield for the future

I'm pretty sure Zeke came from a small school in Mo. If the kid can play. He can play. And if he wants to be a Buckeye and the other kid is sold on TSUN so be it. I want Buckeyes.

Yeah, you're right. Depaul plays a much tougher schedule. I didn't realize just how bad North Stanly's competition is. The best team they play this year is the 2713 ranked team in the country. That said, in that game Williams rushed for 361 and 4 TDs, so at least he's producing at a pretty crazy level.

I should've mentioned I would take either one but for me I prefer Williams style. He is constantly breaking tackles and then out racing people to the end zone. I think Walker does have a little more top end speed but not by a lot. To me though Williams is just physically more ready to play than Walker is. We don't need speed in the backfield at RB because we have that in spades everywhere on offense. We need someone like Carlos and Zeke who's going to be a beast to take down and someone that's going to break tackles. Hoping Williams commits this weekend though
