RB Carlos "El Guapo" Hyde (Official Thread)

It does not looked that way from the television, but you could be right. Like I said, no one complained about the field that I could recall. I did not see Braxton slip, but I will watch the game again though.

Even if the field is wet, you should still have equipment there to help your stud player to be part of the game by giving him the proper shoe for traction control. Just my opinion :-)
darn, why didn't anyone think of that?

I am not going to make any assumption by your comment. My comment was made because I did not feel that the field was the reason why Wilson did not play, not because I think coach Meyer nor the equipment manager(s) messed up; though some people mis-interpreted that. Hence why I said that I would watch the game again and see; I did that and still did not see that the wet field was an issue for proper footing as Carlos, Braxton and Philly Brown had great success running the ball and made cuts...just like the NW players did. I am sure it is different being in the front row than watching it on TV though.

Gonna miss watching him in a Buckeye uni. Total throwback B1G rb. Looks like he belonged in the 90's. His ypc is almost absurdly high for someone who never breaks long runs.
From LJB in the game thread-

1. Carlos Hyde had a career high 168 yards on 26 carries. Here's a breakdown:

Neg. yards: 0
0-1 yard: 2
2-3 yards: 3
4-9 yards: 15
10-17 yards: 5
18+ yards: 0

Those 4-9 yard carries will do just fine.
