anyone else sick and tired of hearing those jackoffs at espn mention knowshon moreno every time someone hurdles a DB? beanie's done it twice this season and they said it both times.

great game today.
Yea...they acted like Moreno invented it.

GTFO.

Players were leaping tacklers long before Moreno, I assure you, ESPN.

Back to Beanie-

I love watching him run. I say it every week, but I love watching him run. He's one of the greatest.

Time to go make some Wolverines roadkill.

Give 'em hell Beanie!

Bob Hunter commentary: Wells gives OSU a big edge in bad weather

THE COLUMBUS DISPATCH

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. Chris "Beanie" Wells can definitely leap tall safeties in a single bound. But then, we already knew that.
The Ohio State running back hurdled Minnesota safety Kyle Theret on a 21-yard run back during Week 5, so it wasn't surprising that he made a flying leap over Illinois safety Donsay Hardeman in the midst of a 25-yard run yesterday.
That this one was higher, farther and more impressive than the earlier one is interesting, certainly, but it takes more than that to earn a cape.
In the blustery, gray November weather that defines Big Ten country, Superman is often a guy who can throw a team on his broad shoulders and grind out chunks of yards and seemingly endless minutes. He's a guy who can sometimes make those fancy-schmancy basketball-on-grass and run-and-shoot offenses seem like the silly infatuations of coaches who need winter coats when the temperature dips below 60 degrees.

OK, after years of watching OSU running backs I'd say that Beanie ALMOST has the first step that Archie had, but then Archie wasn't packing 245 pounds. His speed, size and ability to hurt people is on a par with Bob Ferguson's. Not a bad combination. I hope he has a Biatchamuhfuckah type game against the maize and blue. I want that series rushing record back in Buckeye hands.
