RB/WR Curtis Samuel (Washington Commanders)

I'm guessing Williams is a red shirt unless weber gets hurt. These guys change body types their first year under mick for a reason. We have one battering ram and that's the only concern. Williams will eventually be a good one as well when he puts the time in
With as young as this team is, I don't see Williams redshirting. He's our only other true RB. But I may be wrong. But it seems like Urban likes Samuel, Wilson and McCall at RB as well

Finally showed all the explosiveness I've been waiting the see. See the thing about Curt is he waited his turn and without whining and bickering he fine tuned his game and fully learned multiple positions and this year he has the opportunity to dominate and let all of his hard work pay off and on top of that I personally believe that Urban Meyer appreciates his unselfishness and is going to reward him.

Probably going to leave school as the first Buckeye ever to have more than 1,000 yards rushing & receiving
Curtis currently has 609 yards rushing and 561 yards receiving, with at least 12 games to go in his junior season.

He needs to average 33 yards/game rushing and 37 yards/game receiving (assuming 12 more games) to hit the 1,000 yard mark in each category. So it's a pretty safe bet that he'll make it.

I hope he splits out more, with the emergence of Demario McCall as a very viable option at RB. Obviously he still gets a few runs per game, but I don't think he needs to shoulder as much of the weight.
I think the way we used Samuel against BGSU was perfect. Keep him as the 1B tailback and main HB.

Now, McCall is going to be good, but he's still a true frosh and he's also 2 inches shorter and 15 pounds lighter than Samuel. I'd give him a season to put on 10-15 more pounds before giving him a heavier load. Hell, with as quick and shifty as he is, McCall will likely be the #2 HB next season...
