How does he come back to the Raiders when he's still under contract with the Dolphins?

i think he voids the contract when he retires....doesnt he?

if he does come back...isnt he facing a suspension?

He will be suspended if and when he returns. He can't play this year for anyone. I would hope he doesn't get out of the Miami contract that easily.

No, the contract is not voided if/when he decides to come back. If you remember, when Barry Sanders retired, there was talk of him wanting to come back to another team but the Lions held his rights and wouldn't deal him.

The article says that Miami retains his rights for the next 2 years.
