SEC (It just means more.. even its losses are wins)

They are respectful (I like @Gatorubet when he plays nice)

But you knew who I was when...

Seriously, a little diversity of thought is good for the site, IMO, and I agree with you. I wish more fans of different programs and conferences were posting on BP.

November 2015:
9-3 and 3rd in the West is grossly underachieving and deserving of firing.
November 2018:
9-3 and 3rd in the West is an incredible coaching job. Raises and extensions for everyone.

January 2017:
This team is ready right now. We’ll be in the playoffs next season.
September 2017:
We just don’t have the athletes who be competitive with Miss St or beat Troy. This is a total rebuild.

all of 2017:
this team is waaay too young. we have no experience. next year will be better
all of 2018:
we returned zero starters from last year. too much youth on this team.

2016:
Ed Orgeron is easily the best of anyone mentioned as candidates for this job.
since hiring Ed:
0-3 against other guys in running.

2017:
Nobody can turn around. program (that allegedly didn’t need turning around) a program in only 1-2 years.
2017: Lincoln Riley in playoffs year 1. Kirby Smart wins SEC and in NC game in year 2
2018: Mullen takes Florida from 4-8 to 9-3 in year one. Jimbo Fisher beats LSU finishes 2nd in west in year one. Tom Herman extinguishes he UT dumpster fire and is in Big XII title game in year 2.

October 2016:
We’re going to revitalize this offense and start putting points on the board. Will no longer be predictable. Alabama is in our sights.
3 games against Bama since then:
10 total points. Which is fewer than Les’ offense put up in EACH of his last 4 games against them.

Typical Les Miles response after a loss:
“I did not have my team prepared tonight. We need to do a better job of coaching them up.”

Typical Ed Orgeron response after a loss
“Scheme wasn’t an issue. We just don’t have the players to compete like we need to. We have to hope and pray we can bring in JUCO guys so we have a shot”

Joe Alleva in 2016:
I will not get into a bidding war over a head coach.
Joe Alleva in 2017:
We won’t be outbid for the services of our DC.

Joe Alleva in 2016:
If Les can’t improve the offense (#39 in country total offense), he will be replaced.

Joe Alleva in 2018:
Ed Orgeron deserves a new contract we are definitely heading in right direction (#77 in country total offense; needed a 7OT game to pad stats enough to climb up from #90).

shall i continue?
