Selling just one ticket?

Not exactly sure what you mean, so I'll try to answer you a couple of different ways:

a.) Is it possible to buy a single ticket only? Yes. You can do this from the ticket office. You can buy singles from scalpers. And you can usually find people with "an extra" looking to just get face value from their ticket, without selling to a scalper.

b.) Is it possible to do the reverse and sell a single ticket (an extra)? Yes, though if you're looking to make money off it, you'll certainly get less for it than if you had a pair together. Scalpers will usually not give you even face value unless we're talking Texas, Michigan, opponants of that stature, etc. And unless it's a "good" seat you might be hard pressed to find anyone willing to pay face value for it. Selling a pair of seats together is much easier.

Hope this helped.
