Bengals cheerleader accused of having sex with student

A Cincinnati Ben-Gals cheerleader was indicted Thursday for allegedly having sex with a student when she was a teacher at suburban Dixie Heights high.


Bengals cheerleader Sarah Jones has been indicted after allegedly having sex with a student when she was a high school teacher.

A grand jury in Kenton County, Ky., indicted Sarah Jones of first-degree sexual abuse, a felony punishable by up to five years in prison. She was also indicted on a charge of unlawful use of electronic devices to solicit illegal activity.

She was accused of fooling around with Shayne Graham last year - and also accused of sleeping with students - in an online "smear campaign" according to THIS ARTICLE. She fought the rumors and won a summary $11 million judgment, but according to the article litigation was "ongoing" as of last June.

Then Ms Jones had to explain the false rumours to her high school class who had been discussing the allegations between themselves.

?To stand in front of 30 15 year-olds and tell them you don't have two STDs and that you are not a slut is the hardest thing you will ever have to do,? she told ABC News.

Ex-Bengals cheerleader awarded $338K

CINCINNATI —

An ex-Cincinnati Bengals cheerleader has won a defamation lawsuit against a gossip website.

According to reports, Sarah Jones was awarded $338,000 in federal court today. The website she sued is TheDirty.com.

A jury took two days to return its unanimous verdict in Jones’ favor.

Jones sued a few years ago after the site published comments alleging she has sexually transmitted diseases and that she is promiscuous.

Last October, Jones pleaded guilty to misdemeanor sexual misconduct after being found to be in a relationship with a student at the Edgewood, Ky. school where she was a teacher.

Jones was seen holding hands with the student when leaving the courtroom, and he posted online they are engaged to be married.

Jones has not confirmed the claim.
