Don't have high hopes for the NCAA actually flexing nuts on them. It won't take much for the program to completely go off the rails again now though, that's the more realistic hope.

You can’t do the homework, skip the test and then credit yourself for the test you never took. We gonna give Lincoln starter credit for beating ND even though he didn’t play? Illogical and dumb.

Yes he won in the NFL, but I think it's pretty telling that 1 year after losing in the NFC CG, he was booted for going .500. No one liked him and he was difficult to get along with. I guess if you're going to watch his success rate in CFB and only pick the last 3 years of dominance when, coincidentally, he was cheating, then you'll get what you deserve.

You’re looking at this like a fan and not a team exec. The last 3yrs definitely mean than the previous 7, recency. Plenty of coaches are egotistical douche bags(i.e Meyer, Belichek, Kiffin, etc.).
He was fired after that .500 season before being an insufferable asshole, but he also had multiple NFC west titles and an appearnece in the Super Bowl in 4yrs. Sorry, but a number of GMs and Owners would take those results. And it seems like the Chargers are taking that risk on him.
And I’ve said this all season, he just needed one owner, and the odds were in his favor. And they went up even more when he won the NC
